The Social and Economic Rights Action Center (SERAC) is a not for profit organization that was established in May, 1995. It focuses on the protection and promotion of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights through its four thematic areas:
LAP - Legal Action Program
MAP - Mobilization Action Program
CAP - Community Action Program
PAP - Policy Advocacy Program
These thematic areas work in many ways towards sensitizing and empowering individuals and groups to recognize, promote and protect these rights.
